THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a variable width drainage easement lying within Tracts 1 and 2 of the Jacaranda Parcel 761 Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 113, Page 45 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, generally located on the south side of Northwest 5 Street between North University Drive and Northwest 82 Avenue in the City of Plantation. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owners.
