B. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ("EMS") COUNTY GRANT APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND EXPANDING PREHOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES IN BROWARD COUNTY; CERTIFYING THE USE OF THE EMS COUNTY GRANT FUNDS AND APPROVING DISTRIBUTION; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE APPLICATION AND ANY NECESSARY AGREEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS RELATING TO THE EMS COUNTY GRANT AND TO TAKE ANY NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SAME; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

C. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the EMS County Grant Fund for the Office of Medical Examiner and Trauma Services in the amount of $87,160 for the purpose of improving and expanding prehospital emergency medical services in Broward County.
