Summary Explanation/Background
On September 20, 2022 (Item No. 7), the Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution No. 2022-446, authorizing the conveyance to the Town of Davie certain parcels used for right-of-way purposes located within the Town of Davie.
The deed from Broward County to the Town of Davie contained scrivener’s errors in the property’s legal descriptions. Approval of this Corrective Quitclaim Deed will rectify errors on the legal descriptions and clear the chain of title.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
