A. MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement No. JH023-15-2024 between the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, increasing the contract amount by $51,199 for a new contract value of $236,574, effective upon the date of full execution through June 30, 2024, to provide additional funding for case management services to support eligible seniors and their caregivers; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute additional amendments to the Agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
