A. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement No. CB00006-15-2024 between the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, in the amount of $1,082,028, effective from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024, for community-based services to eligible seniors; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
