Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will grant Broward County a Road Easement from Decoral Properties, LLC on a portion of real property located at the southwest corner of NW 39th Street and Coral Ridge Drive in the City of Coral Springs (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Road Easement (Exhibit 3) is required to provide adequate sight distance at the intersection.

 

The Resolution and Road Easement have been reviewed and approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
