Broward County Board of County Commissioners approval ("Board") is required for the execution of the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Janitorial Services for Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the Airport Operations Control Center at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ("FLL") ("Agreement").

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action will extend the Agreement for janitorial services at FLL by one year, from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, and will increase the not-to-exceed amount by $20,914,350, plus Optional Services in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,405,683.
On June 16, 2020 (Item No. 75), the Board approved the Agreement, which provided for an initial three-year term, commencing on August 1, 2020, and two one-year Extension Terms.
