Summary Explanation/Background
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution allows the County to accept an approximately 15-foot by ten-foot nonexclusive and perpetual utility easement located on a portion of parcel A according to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book 183, Page 608, of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida. This item relates to new utilities constructed by a land developer within the Water and Wastewater Services District 2 potable water and sanitary sewer service area under Utility Connection Permit BCUCP 22-013 and transferred to Broward County.
The Resolution and utility easement have been reviewed and approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office.
