MOTION A: Section 18.63 of the Broward County Administrative Code requires any donation valued at $10,000 or more to be accepted by Board Resolution.

MOTION B: Board approval is required to authorize the County Administrator to take the referenced actions.

What Action Accomplishes
Patricia Leazier seeks to donate goods and services to the County with an estimated value of $111,174 for the resurfacing of the velodrome track at Brian Piccolo Sports Park & Velodrome. The proposed Resolution accepts the donation (Motion A).
