amount by an additional $2,100,000, which includes $700,000 for  
allowances, and increasing the maximum amount for each of the three  
one-year renewal periods by $725,000, for a total threshold increase of  
$4,275,000 and a new total five-year potential maximum contract amount of  
$10,153,955.

entering into a construction contract awarded to J&D Concrete Works, Corp.  
by the City on October 8, 2025, and obtaining an assignment of the design
