COUNTY COMMISSION
MOTION TO DIRECT Office of the County Attorney to draft agreements, upon finding that
each such agreement would serve a County purpose, up to an aggregate not-to-exceed
amount of $26,875, for an appropriate entity to provide goods and services related to
Thanksgiving food distribution, to an appropriate entity that operates a cultural student
exchange program, and to an appropriate entity in furtherance of COVID-19 education,
with the amount of each such agreement to be determined by Commissioner Bogen; and
authorizing the County Administrator to execute the agreements and take all
administrative and budgetary actions required to implement same. (Commissioner
