A. MOTION TO APPROVE Contract No. 25OAG27 between the Florida  
Council Against Sexual Violence, Inc. (“FCASV”) and Broward County, in a  
total amount to Broward County not to exceed $24,412, effective October 1,  
2025 through June 30, 2026, to fund crisis intervention services and forensic  
medical examinations for sexual assault survivors; authorize the County  
Administrator to execute amendments to the Contract, subject to legal  
sufficiency review and approval by the County Attorney’s Office, provided
