Summary Explanation/Background

THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

 

The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 4 single family residences on approximately 4.7 acres, located on the east side of Flamingo Road/Northwest 124 Avenue, between Northwest 8 Street and Northwest 9 Street, in the City of Plantation.

 

The Development Review Report is attached, (Exhibit 1).
