Summary Explanation/Background

The County and Florida Power and Light have agreed to amend the existing easement through a portion of Quiet Waters Park.  The amendment will allow the County to utilize space in the park previously encumbered by the easement for tree mitigation while allowing FPL to adjust to the FDOT widening of 10th Street.
