Summary Explanation/Background
On November 15, 2022 (Item No. 4), the Board of County Commissioners approved the Lease Agreement between Dickey Consulting Services, Inc. and Broward County for office space, located at 1033 Sistrunk Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Dickey Consulting and County would like to jointly fund the design, construction, and installation of an artistically designed fence around the perimeter of the Property. This First Amendment will set the obligations and responsibilities of each Party regarding to the artistic fence.

The First Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
