In accordance with the Broward County Administrative Code Section 21.53(d), contracts for supplies or services may not be entered into for more than five years without the express consent of the Board.

Summary Explanation/Background

THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

This item seeks a six-month plan extension, from July 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, with no change in benefits, terms and premium rates paid by enrolled employees. The extension allows time for completion of the solicitation and successor agreement.
