A. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement No. JA124-15-2024 between the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, in the amount of $36,518, effective from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, to provide caregiver training and support services to eligible residents; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
