PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
North Andrews Avenue is a County road in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Fairfield Cypress LP and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to improve approximately 260 linear feet of Broward County right-of-way along the east side of North Andrews Avenue, south of NW 66th Street. ("Revocable License Area").
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County ("County"), Fairfield Cypress LP, and the City of Fort Lauderdale for installation and maintenance of improvements within the Revocable License Area (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of the Revocable License Area.
