THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING SERVICES DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTIONS.

On February 27, 2018 (Item No. 2), and on March 20, 2018 (Item No. 77), the Board approved shell TDMS ILAs between Broward County and government entities for the use of Temporary Debris Management Sites (TDMS). The County operates the TDMS to process debris following weather-related events or disasters. Each government entity that is a party to a TDMS ILA with the County is invoiced its proportionate share for services provided to that entity.
