PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.
McNab Road is a County road in the City of North Lauderdale. The City of North Lauderdale desires to install and maintain a city monument sign within County right-of-way on the north side of McNab Road, approximately 600 feet west of the west limits of the Florida Turnpike ("Revocable License Area").
This Item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement") between Broward County ("County") and the City of North Lauderdale ("City") for the installation and maintenance of a city monument sign within Broward County right-of-way on the north side of McNab Road, approximately 600 feet west of the west limits of the Florida Turnpike (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of this Revocable License Area.
