Summary Explanation/Background
The Water Management Division requested an easement for the installation of a groundwater monitoring well facility located at 1650 NE 50th Court in Pompano Beach. On January 25, 2022, the City of Pompano Beach approved Resolution No. 2022-62 granting the County a nonexclusive and perpetual easement to install, maintain, and repair a gaging station, groundwater monitoring well, and other installations required to monitor groundwater salinity.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
