The applicant is requesting to amend the Agreement for Amendment of Notation on Plat granted in March 20, 2018 by County Commission, recorded under instrument number 115090927, which amended the plat note to 200,000 square feet of commercial use on Tract A and service station/convenience store with 16 fueling positions on Tract C.

Pursuant to Broward County Code Section 5-181(o), findings of adequacy expire five years after Board approval of a plat application. Staff Report approved by the Board on March 20, 2018 granted only four years for the findings of adequacy. This date was included in the Agreement for Amendment of Notation on Plat (instrument number 115090927).
