MOTION TO APPROVE Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement between Broward County and the Florida Department of Transportation for the installation of landscaping and irrigation within the median and east swale of Palm Avenue from approximately 50 feet north of the Homestead Turnpike Extension right-of-way to south of Premier Parkway in the City of Miramar, at no cost to the County; and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
