A. MOTION TO RETROACTIVELY APPROVE Memorandum of Agreement between Broward County and the City of Miami for the County's participation in the 2019 Miami/Fort Lauderdale Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management, effective upon execution through June 30, 2021, accepting a grant award in the amount of $146,300; authorize County Administrator to execute Agreements, addenda, any amendments or revisions to the approved contracts, subject to review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney; and to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the implementation of the grant award; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution No. 2020-535 for the Urban Area Security Initiative Fund for Broward Emergency Management Division in the amount of $146,300, as funded through the Miami UASI Grant Program.
