THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate the ten-foot and 20-foot utility easements lying within Parcel A of Nova University No. 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 146, Page 49 of the Public Records of Broward County and are located at 3301 College Avenue in the Town of Davie.
