A. MOTION TO APPROVE Contract extension between Broward County and L&B Janitorial Services, Inc. for Contract No. R1214808P2_1, Janitorial Services for Various County Facilities (Large Facilities - Group 1 - Contract No. 2). This will increase the contract threshold in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,951,980, which includes $1,000 for allowances, for a period of six months with an additional six months on a month-to-month basis, for a period not to exceed twelve months or until a replacement contract is awarded, whichever comes first. The six-month extension request will extend the contract from April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 and include an additional six months on a month-to-month basis from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
