MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute a Seventh Amendment to Agreement No. 18-CP-CSA-8324-01 (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney) between Broward County and JAFCO Children's Ability Center, Inc., for out-of-home respite care for families with special needs children, increasing the Agreement from $327,000 to $427,000, effective retroactively from January 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.

B. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute a First Amendment to Agreement No. 19-CP-HIP-8204-01 (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney) between Broward County and The Salvation Army for low-demand shelter beds, increasing the Agreement from $280,850 to $328,625, effective retroactively from April 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
