MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and WSA Systems-Boca, LLC, Security and Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance Services at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Contract No. BLD2116441B1, to increase the maximum not-to-exceed amount and increase the pass-through allowance of the Agreement by $500,000 for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $3,690,439; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same.

Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") approval is required for amendments to agreements in accordance with the provisions of the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21-31.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action will authorize a proposed Second Amendment to increase the maximum not-to-exceed amount and increase the pass-through allowance, in order to upgrade and replace UL listed Onyxworks computers and workstations at the Rental Car Center ("RCC") and to provide additional allowance through the end of the Agreement.
On August 8, 2018, the Director of Purchasing executed a contract with WSA Systems-Boca, LLC, for Security and Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance Services (Bid No. BLD2116441B1) at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ("FLL").
