Summary Explanation/Background
THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

This action will authorize a proposed Second Amendment to increase the maximum not-to-exceed amount and increase the pass-through allowance, in order to upgrade and replace UL listed Onyxworks computers and workstations at the Rental Car Center ("RCC") and to provide additional allowance through the end of the Agreement.

On August 8, 2018, the Director of Purchasing executed a contract with WSA Systems-Boca, LLC, for Security and Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance Services (Bid No. BLD2116441B1) at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport ("FLL").
