MOTION TO APPROVE Sixth Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and Gresham Smith, Agreement No. R0900601R1, to provide additional scope for the Terminal Modernization program at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, extending the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024, and modifying certain terms and conditions, for an increase in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,000,000, increasing the total Agreement from $45,600,000 to $55,600,000; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute.

In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.47, any changes, including amendments to agreements, must be approved by the appropriate award authority, based on the amendment amount.
