Section 20.31, Broward County Administrative Code, requires that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Commission") approves grant applications that will become binding awards and approves all state and federal grant agreements.

This action enables the County Administrator to submit the grant application to FDLE and execute the resulting grant agreements on a timely basis.
