Summary Explanation/Background

The City passed Resolution 2020-244 approving the transfer of two County owned parcels currently used as right-of-way located in the City of Coconut Creek. The City has been maintaining these parcels since the construction of the right-of-way. Transfer of ownership of these parcels to the City will facilitate their maintenance and repair and will match ownership and jurisdiction.

All applicable Broward County agencies were solicited for potential County use for these parcels or rights therein, and no current or future use was identified.

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
