MOTION TO APPROVE Locally Funded Agreement between Broward County and the Florida Department of Transportation for supplemental design services to add a shared-use path into the improvements to Cypress Creek Road from Powerline Road to NE 9th Avenue, at an estimated cost of $98,257 to the County; and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same. (Commission Districts 4 and 9)

MOTION TO APPROVE Joint Participation Agreement between Broward County and the City of Fort Lauderdale for payment of $10,000 by the City to the County towards supplemental design services to add a shared-use path into the improvements to Cypress Creek Road from Powerline Road to NE 9th Avenue, reducing the cost to the County; and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same. (Commission Districts 4 and 9)
