Title: MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute First Amendment to Agreement No. 20-CP-CSA-8541-01 (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney) between Broward County and Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, Inc., increasing the Agreement amount for year two from $925,650 to $995,820, effective retroactively from September 30, 2020, to enhance the delivery of One Community Partnership 3 program services to youth with services to youth with serious emotional disturbance ("SED") and those with early signs and symptoms of serious mental illness ("SMI"); authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney) that do not significantly alter the approved scope of services or increase the Agreement amount; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
