Title: MOTION TO AWARD open-end contract to low bidder, WSA Systems-Boca, LLC, for Fire Alarm System Monitoring, Maintenance, and Repairs at the Broward County Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Bid No. BLD2122413B1, for the Broward County Aviation Department, in the initial three-year estimated amount of $4,165,266, which includes an allowance for parts and materials in the annual amount of $250,000, and authorize the Director of Purchasing to renew the contract for two one-year periods, for a total five-year potential amount of $6,942,110. The initial contract period shall begin on the first day of the month following the date of award or October 1, 2021, whichever is later and shall terminate three years from that date.
