MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Public Transportation Grant Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for Financial Project No. 436397-1-94-01; increasing the total Project Cost for Planning and Design of the Rehabilitation of Taxilane T project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and each party's share of costs; authorizing the Mayor or Vice-Mayor to execute same; authorizing the County Administrator to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions. This Amendment provides additional grant funding up to a maximum amount of $429,000 and requires the County to increase its match to $429,000 and cover any cost overruns.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On April 21, 2020 (Item No. 2), the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") approved the Public Transportation Grant Agreement ("PTGA") for Financial Project No. 436397-1-94-01 to fund the Project at FLL.
